Capacity note

Hosting is invite-only because gaming workloads can spike. When capacity is tight, new onboarding pauses rather than degrading existing servers.

Maintenance transparency

Planned changes should be announced before they happen.
Risky changes are treated as maintenance windows, not casual edits.
Backups are verified by restore tests when changes impact storage or VM hosts.
